1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in any program or accessing any content offered by Sur Sangam Harmonium Academy ("we", "our", "the Academy"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Enrollment & Payment
- All fees are to be paid in advance before accessing any course content.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Existing enrollments are not affected.
- Receipts/invoices will be sent to your registered email address upon successful payment.
- EMI or instalment facilities, if offered, are governed by separate terms communicated at purchase.
3. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:
- Technical failure on our platform preventing access for more than 7 consecutive days.
- Duplicate payment (same transaction charged twice).
- Course cancellation by the Academy.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the triggering event via our Contact page. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–14 business days.
4. Intellectual Property
All course content including but not limited to videos, PDFs, audio recordings, live class recordings, and study materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Sur Sangam Harmonium Academy. You may not:
- Copy, redistribute, or republish any course materials.
- Record live sessions without prior written consent.
- Use our branding or name for commercial purposes.
5. Student Conduct
Students are expected to maintain respectful conduct during live classes and community interactions. The Academy reserves the right to terminate access without refund for any student found:
- Sharing course credentials with third parties.
- Engaging in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour.
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
6. Lifetime Access
"Lifetime access" refers to the lifetime of the course on our platform. While we endeavour to keep content available indefinitely, we reserve the right to retire, update, or replace course materials with reasonable notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
Sur Sangam Harmonium Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability in any event shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
